I think the story you're thinking about is called "The Siren's Cry". The author took the story down because she wanted to use material in the story for her project.

i found out a little while after i posted that :( i’m actually going to cry oh my god i’m so sad, that was my most favorite yixing fanfic ever :( thank you for telling me have a nice day :-)
